For 64 years, manufacturers have relied on Ever-Roll for Tube, Rod & Wire Parts, and Fabrications for their areas of manufacturing specialty.

Here's a brief history of how Ever-Roll Specialties has changed with the times:

  • The 1940's:  Lawn furniture, agricultural equipment, motorcycle parts and defense work for the war effort.
  • The 1950's: Ever-Roll developed and produced a tubular steel framed racing sulky for trotters and pacers. This was “high tech” compared to the all wood rigs then in fashion.
  • The 1960's: Produced Stainless and Inconel Burner Rings for crop dryers in addition to agricultural, motorcycle, furniture and truck parts.
  • The 1970's: In addition to the production carrying over from the 60’s; Ever-Roll started producing welded wire rings used as bead rings and girdle hoops for Air Springs.'
  • The 1980's: Honda moved to Marysville. Ever-Roll got involved with many Goldwing parts, along with 3-wheelers and car seat parts.
  • The 1990's: Welded Tubular rings were produced for use in steering wheels and this also evolved into production of steering column tubes. Ever-Roll produced a large share of the head rest pillars used on the Civic and Accord.
  • Today: Ever-Roll continues to support the businesses of the prior years and continues to develop new markets. A new market for Wire Rings was found in an application for reinforcing grinding wheels. In 2006 Ever-Roll developed the Scallop King Brand to sell rings and links for use in building Scallop Dredge Bags,  these rings and links are a major improvement in strength, and performance compared to current technology.
  • Future: Ever-Roll is currently developing a flat wire ring process to supply crimp bands to the Air Spring, Automotive, Rubber and Seals industry. How can we help you?
