  • ¼" Dia Tube to 2 ½" Dia Tube (7mm - 60mm) Tubular rings
  • 3/16 to 1 ¾" Wire
  • Butt Welded or Arc Sections
  • Carbon Steel 1008 to 1028, HSLA 50, HSLA 70, Stainless Steel
  • Contract Volumes from 5000 to 1 million+

Tubular

  • Have it your way or try our old standbys 12 mm, 12.7mm, .500, 14mm, .625 with walls of 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm or .049, .062. , .085 in ERW tube alloys 1008, 1010, 1015, 1020, HSLA 50, HSLA 70, Stainless and other alloys.
  • Rings are butt welded and certified. Upset diameter is held to 1mm height maximum. (2mm over Tube diameter) Polishing wells flush is available at your request.

Wire

  • Custom size and unique alloys always available but Ever-Roll always has 1008/1010 and 1038 alloy in most common sizes from .188 to .750" (4.7mm to 20mm) readily available.

Steering Armature Assemblies: Welded

  • Your welded or stamped armature spider design can be completely produced in-house by Ever-Roll. Utilizing our Robotic Welders and resistance welding equipment, your Welded Armature Assemblies can be economically produced at Ever-Roll.

Pre-qualified third party partners are available to foam and finish our designs.
