Ever-Roll Specialties Co. was originally founded and incorporated in 1945 in Springfield, OH to fabricate metal tubing for agricultural equipment and lawn furniture. Today, we are a well-respected, full-service manufacturer of tube, rod and wire parts, and fabrications. We work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum tubing, wire, and rods in many shapes and sizes. We operate out of a 45,000-square foot facility in Springfield.
Employee-Owned Company
As a privately-held, employee-owned company with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, we are committed to advancing not only the company, but also our associates through training, development, and challenging opportunities. In 1992, ownership of the company was transferred to its employees. All employees are stock holders and only current employees can own stock. This makes all our associates owners and encourages their interest in continuous improvement.
