Tube bending

Ever-Roll is your source for tube bending and fabrication. Our experienced team provides manufacturers in the eastern half of the United States with high-quality CNC Tube Bending and fabrication services, on time and at a value.

Here are some of the materials and techniques we offer:

  • Capacity for Tube Bending: ¼” diameter tube to 2” diameter tube (7mm – 50mm)
  • Short- and long-run production tube bending
  • Rotary draw bending
  • Mandrel bending
  • Tight radius elbows to 1.5D and tighter
  • Round, oval, square, and rectangular tubes
  • Tube bending with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, nickel alloys
In our Ohio facility, we offer dedicated benders for high volume parts, which offer a wide variety of benefits and flexibility to meet our customers’ needs:
  • A purpose-built machine to form and process tubes as automatically as possible.
  • High tooling costs can be offset by major part cost reductions.
  • High volume, from 75,000-500,000, for optimum economy.
  • Fastest high-production method available to make a complex bent tube.
  • Can be designed to auto-load and auto-drop parts, for economical bending of high-production, multiple-bend parts.
  • Allows for secondary operations like piercing, dimpling, marking, drilling, etc. inside of the bending cell.
For the highest precision bends, our mandrel process machines offer a superior solution:
  • Bending of 3/4″ to 2″ tubes (19 mm-80 mm) on centerline radii to 1X tube diameter, including round, oval, ellipse, square, and rectangular.
  • Works on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, etc.
  • Shaped tube can be bent the “easy” or “hard” way.
  • Fastest high-production method available to make a complex bent tube.
  • Contract volumes from 3000 to 100,000 EAU.
